Operations and Maintenance Plans

Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans are written protocols designed to address known risks that could potentially affect human health, safety or the environment. These protocols may include organizational responsibilities, communication, inspections and monitoring, preventative maintenance, corrective action, employee training and recordkeeping requirements. The purpose of any O&M Plan is to implement procedures to prevent the release of hazardous materials into the environment and protect the public from exposure to harmful pollutants.
