Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans are written protocols designed to address known risks that could potentially affect human health, safety or the environment. These protocols may include organizational responsibilities, communication, inspections and monitoring, preventative maintenance, corrective action, employee training and recordkeeping requirements. The purpose of any O&M Plan is to implement procedures to prevent the release of hazardous materials into the environment and protect the public from exposure to harmful pollutants.
Examples of O&M Plans we offer include:
Asbestos
Fire Prevention
Lead Based Paint
Mold and Moisture Management
Legionella
For contractors, we offer a range of environmental risk management tools with the goal of helping them realize the importance of being properly trained to mitigate risks and prevent environmental incidents from happening. In addition, we offer a Certification Program for contractors that are properly trained and properly insured, that is designed to set themselves apart from their competition.
